- Unused wraps may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
- The wrap must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund
- If the wrap is deemed to be damaged or not in resaleable condition, a refund or exchange may not be issued.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
- To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and reason for the exchange/return. We will provide you with an authorization number and instructions on how to return the carrier.
